Suno DownloadPrivacy policy
What the browser extension reads, sends, and stores when you choose to process a song.
This notice covers the Suno Download browser extension and its requests to our download API. The extension does not ask for your Suno password, read authentication cookies, or continuously collect your browsing history. It has no advertising or analytics SDK.
Information processed

Where requests go
Our API retrieves the requested public song information from Suno. Requested audio is streamed through our API relay from Suno’s content delivery provider. Cover artwork for display is loaded from the URL provided by Suno. These services receive the information necessary to serve each request.
Audio preparation, including the access-data/decryption flow supported by the source service, and MP3/WAV conversion run on your device. This does not mean that processing happens without network requests.
Purposes and data use
The extension uses the information above to carry out your requested lookup, playback, conversion, and download, remember your settings, and report errors. Its code contains no functionality to sell user data, target advertising, or build browsing profiles. The use of user data must remain limited to providing these user-facing features and the uses permitted by the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
- Language and the recent URL remain in local extension storage until you clear that data or uninstall the extension.
- The latest song result and its original audio may remain in the hidden extension document for reuse until another lookup clears them, the extension is reloaded or disabled, or Chrome closes. Temporary files associated with an active browser download can remain until that download completes or is interrupted.
- Session download mappings are removed after completion or interruption, and are cleared when the browser session ends.
- Downloaded files remain in your download folder and browser download records until you delete them yourself.
API and CDN access logs are retained for one year.
Your controls
You choose when to submit a link and which files to save. Cancel stops unfinished extension processing; downloads already submitted to Chrome are managed in the browser's download list. Closing the popup does not cancel an active task. Use Clear saved data in the extension to remove its saved language and URL and clear its latest task. This does not delete downloaded files or provider logs. You can also uninstall the extension to remove its local extension storage.
Security and external services
Service requests use HTTPS. No Suno login or payment information is requested by the extension. Suno and infrastructure providers have their own privacy practices; this notice does not control those providers. The main Suno Download website is separate from the extension and may use different website functionality. This policy and the support page do not include analytics scripts.
Contact and changes
For privacy questions or a request about data held by the service, contact hi@1mv.ai. Include the approximate request time and relevant public song URL if needed, but do not send passwords, payment card details, authentication tokens, or private songs.
Changes to extension behavior should be reflected in this notice and the Chrome Web Store disclosures. The update date above identifies this revision.
